I am trying to watch MSN VIDEO with my Window Media Player, but it causes to

There are duplicate "Favorites" folders in Windows Explorer. One in the Windows folder and one in "My Documents."
"My Documents" is up to date whereas the Windows Favorites only lists up to a year ago or so.
Can I delete the Windows Favorites folder?

I  have a page fault when I open a window or go to the web. A pop up box
informs me that I have done an illegal operation. When I press for details,
here is the response. I think it first started when I up dated my windows 98
me from Microsoft. Any suggestions?

Suddenly can't open JPEG files. Get message to go to My
Computer-->View-->Folder Options, but can't make that work.

I have 2 "Favorites" folders Listed. One in Windows folder, the other is in "MY Documents."
The one in 'my documents' is much more up to date. Can I delete the Favorites folder in Windows?
