When I right click on the my computer icon I have been
informed by my anti virus firm that I should be able to
press a System Restore tab but all I get is list of
open,explore, find etc.

Hope someone can help me.  My sister is using windows 98 se.  Everytime she
goes and tries to download a file it will not let her pick where she wants

The viewing area of the monitor screen keeps shrinking
down to where I can only see about a 2-inch-square area.  
The rest of the area around it turns black.  Sometimes
the sides of the viewing area turn black in a concave

Not sure what happened, but a bunch of options disappeared
from the right click menu in my Win98.  I can no longer
create new folders on the desktop or anywhere else.  These
options are also gone from the File menu in every folder.
