I am running windows 98, outlook 2000, and act 2000.  I am
trying to integrate outlook and act.  I found the fix for
my problem from act, which requires making changes to the
regedit file.

When I start up the computer, it makes it through the
Microsoft Windows 98 startup screen, then my desktop
wallpaper and my network sign in dialogue comes up...but
after I hit Ok or cancel on that, a dialogue box comes up

Does anyone know if there is any Software that you can buy

When i turn it on i comes up and says Cannot find a device
file that may be needed to Run Windows or a Windows
application.  The windows registry or SYSTEM.INI file
refers to this device file but the device file no longer

I know that continual restarts can be a pain to troubleshoot ... but this

RAM,600 Pent  III, IE6). So I'm wondering if there is a troubleshooting
checklist I can use to pinpoint the problem?

How do I get rid of that error message? It comes up when I
turn on the computer and again when I log into my home
page..Also how do I delete and outgoing messge that won't
delete(Outlook Express)? Thanks so much

After closing Internet explorer 5.0, if i cllick START and
move the pointer to SHUTDOWN without clicking on it i get
an error that says

Some web pages such as 'BankWests online banking' are
