I Am running windows 98 and need to upgrade to windows 98

I am having trouble getting my computer to turn on. It

I just downloaded a zip utility that looks and performs pretty much
like WinZip.  I like it very much so far; most of my zip/unzip needs
are pretty basic fare.

Im trying to get more space on this old cp and was
wondering if it is safe to delete all these files in this
big file? Many things in them are from 1999 and 2003, was

I have been trying to close all progams to run scan disk.  
Rnapp keeps reopening itself.  What is Rnapp and am I able
to get rid of it?  How do I close it?  Thanks.

I am trying to uninstall Windows 98 so I can reinstall it -
however Scandisk NEVER stops running.  I let it run for
24 hours, and it never gets very far - like it's stuck in
a loop ("stuck in a moment").  I have run a new virus
