Tool bar jumped to top of monitor screen11 Sep 2004 23:29 GMT1
The tool bar with "start" on it jumped from the bottom of
the screen to the top (win 98). How do I get it back to
the bottom of the screen. I tried to drag it but it didn't
work.

When I save jpg images off the net dos gives them a jpe
extention instead of jpg. When I put them on a disk my dvd
player will not read them unless they have a jpg
extention.Even if I rename them with a .jpg the dos

Recently when clicking on the control panel folder it has
started to load much slower (30 seconds).  Any suggestions
as to what I may check?

1) I did investigate software solutions suggested in articles I was pointed
to, but to no avail.

my computer crashed several times and I had to reinstall
windows 98 and now I have 15 directories and I cannot get
to C:\windows. (The other directories are labeld DIR0001,
DIR0002...) Please help.

I habe been getting Microsoft Internet Explorer pop-ups in

hi, all of my games now seem to randomly exit to the
desktop for no apparent reason.  Ive ran all my
diagnostics programs and they all come back clean, it
