dELL Dimension XPS R400 Win98 (not Win98SE) FreeCell doesn't work.
When I attempt to start it the hourglass appears and stays there.

Running a 500mhz Pentium III CPU under windows 98SE. www.powerleap.com
scanned my system and states that I can upgrade to the above CPU. Not
familiar with the CPU. Would appreciate pros/cons. Is this supposed to be a
simple remove and install on the CPU? Thank you, Steve T.

We have a Win98 machine that drops its network connection after a period of
inactivity of a half hour or so, requiring us to reboot to reconnect.
We replaced the NIC card and that seemed to help for awhile; however the
problem is now recurring.

My pc needs the inelegant method of switching off the mains supply if
it freezes. Previous ones used a reset button that operated internally
to the pc. Is it possible to pick up connections to do the same in any
of the sockets on the pc case? There are unused  ones that could do

My computer runs Win98 SE and the browser is IE6. When I check any webpage
with images, images show as if they were made of little squares, as if they
did not have a "plain" texture.

I have an installation with 11 pcs in a local area network. I have a windows

I have recently run into a strange problem when booting my
