This is the message I receive when trying to download the

Windows Help starts every time I start my computer up.  
I've tried looking for it in msconfig but don't see
anything there that looks like it may be it.  It's not in
the startup folder.  Where else can I look?

On 98SE is it possible to move the swapfile to another
drive.  Looking to free up some space on c:\.  Can't seem
to locate the instructions...
