I just finished cleaning up my windows startup to increase the speed. The
only casualty from all of that was my mouse has gone back to original and now

This was in my taskbar but got deleted. (it's not in the recycle bin) I miss
this button every time I work on my pc. I've tried to replace it; but all
I've come up with is the word 'Desktop' shortcut (which gives me a menu of

Hi.  I have been getting a runtime error message lately on certain websites
(the one in particular is www.windows-help.net).
I wrote down the error message and here's what it says:
  A runtime error has occured.

I am running Windows 98 on an older computer. It was working fine then I
moved it, all I did was carry it to another room and when I booted it I get a
message saying "memory parity error" on a blue screen right after the
Windows98 screen appears. It will boot in safe mode but ...

Under the file "DotNetInstaller.exe" I am missing a file "mscoree.dll".  Is
there anyway to get this file?  My utilities say it's not in my computer.

This is an interesting, mind-bending problem - the solution is not immediately
apparent.
My computer is a custom-made unit, using an ASUS CUV4X-C motherboard.
The OS is W98SE.

hi all i have a very problemm firest i formated my hard disk to many times
and the problem still the probelm is always  a file keep open his self too
many times his name is fxlr and when i open the task manger i see million of
fxlr open in it and when i setup win xp it it setup ...

When I boot the PC and  log onto microsoft network . i get error message
that "explorer  had stack fault in shdocvw.dll...." and windows freezes.
If i cancel the login, no error message and windows runs OK except i cant
see the network of course.
