Upon start up I get the following error message:
Explorer: This program has performed an illegal operation
and will shut down.
Explorer caused an illegal page fault in module

I reinstalled windows for English edition, some files with

I have a .eml file in one of my folders, called

I have no idea where this came from.  When I try to delete it I get a

The computer seems to startup OK (although I get
the "white" background)but no programs work - when I

I am getting a Fatal Exception 0E during shutdown on a
Windows98 based computer.  Rest of the error code

I just formated my C drive on my troubled laptop.  I have
the toshiba restore CD and cannot get it to load.
Now that the HD is formated, how do I start the process

I am getting my programs frozen very often and when I do
Ctrl+Alt+delete to see the problem, I seen that "IMAPP not
responding".  What is this and is it the reason that my
programs are freezing? how can I repare the problem?
