Upon start up I get the following error message:

I have just bought a digital camera and the minimum
requirement for it is Win98 SE Unfortunately I only have
Win98!

I have a .eml file in one of my folders, called

I have no idea where this came from.  When I try to delete it I get a
warning: Can't delete file, FileSystem error 1026

The computer seems to startup OK (although I get
the "white" background)but no programs work - when I
Alt/Ctrl/Delete I see that "Explorer(not responding)"

I just formated my C drive on my troubled laptop.  I have
the toshiba restore CD and cannot get it to load.
Now that the HD is formated, how do I start the process  
of installing the OEM software that is on the CD?

I am getting my programs frozen very often and when I do
Ctrl+Alt+delete to see the problem, I seen that "IMAPP not
responding".  What is this and is it the reason that my
programs are freezing? how can I repare the problem?
