my laptop is running very slow lately. IE 6.0 does not start. I tried to re
install IE but get a message that a previous install has work pending, please
reboot. If I try to reboot I get a fatal exception 0028: c02a27a8 in vxd

I am installing SW for a multi card reader.  The installation wizard is
telling me to uninstall old drivers before new drivers are installed.  Where
are drivers stored and how can I access them to delete and thus allow me to

Does anyone know whether win98 SE has updated usb drivers.  My
win98 FE has usb hangups with webcams.  The software and cams are
not at fault, since they work fine in win2000.  I have not been
able to locate any info on win98 usb updates.
