This probably has a simple answer but here goes anyway. Starting to use my pc today every window I open starts as a small title bar rather than the usual full window that I have been used to. How can I get back to normal and what may have caused this problem

After dialling out to the internet, and then disconnecting, rnaapp is still present in the task manager. I can't dial out again until I manually end the task. Is there something I can do to make rnaapp end when it should.

With WIN98 2nd ed, when I go to scanreg /restore the five saved "restores" all sat "NOT STARTED!" How do I get these replaced with new ones. When I go to RUN and trpe in scanregrw, it says it cannot find it. What do I do now?

W98SE A tweaker utility caused several problems, one that persists is the Find function in the Start menu has disappeared. I got it back in a restored registry, lost that registry again in reboots while trying to fix other issues.
