This probably has a simple answer but here goes anyway.  Starting to use my
pc today every window I open starts as a small title bar rather than the

A tweaker utility caused several problems, one that persists is the Find function
in the Start menu has disappeared. I got it back in a restored registry, lost that
registry again in reboots while trying to fix other issues.
