Windows 98 SE2 loses time overnight all day the time is right but in the
morning it shows about 3 - 5 minutes behind. I have checked for viruses,
Spyware, Msconfig (for start up files) and replaced the CMOS Battery but it
still loses time. Can someone help me.

How can I restore this file??  I can hardly run ANY

When I tried to "wake up" my Win98s laptop from standby (or maybe
hibernation), I got the following:
"Invalid VxD dynamic link call to device number 3, service B.  Your
Windows configuration is invalid.  Run the Windows Setup program again

I just bought an old system with win98.   I want to hook up to ADSL.   Is
this an easy task?   I am totally unfamiliar with the 98 OS.   Do I just
install a NIC card and hookup?   Or is there something I need to know/do

Under HKLM\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\ there is a "run" and
also a "run-" -- what is the significance of the "run-"?
I am in the middle of trying to get rid of a problem on another Win 98 SW
