I'm trying  to get IE to remember, soooo, it will ask, "to remember
passwords".  It does not ask ???
**In all four zones, I have prompt for user name & password checked ?**
The reg. key may have errors, or again, it could be the user!!

When I boot up a small box loads that has OK to click in it.  I can either
click OK and it goes away, or just leave it there and everything else will
load and it will just stay there.  Have looked everywhere to try to stop it
from loading, but can't find it.  Any help???

I am trying to connect a ST-150 Nuclear Lab Station to a Windows 98 second ed
machine.  The devices connects to the PC via a serial cable.  The software
that runs the lab station is a PC emulation DOS program that can run with or
without Windows.

XP keeps loosing the Network connection on our small NT4.0 network. None of
the other machines (98se, ME) has this problem. Any ideas?

Windows indicates it is shutting down but continues to reboot.  It appears to
be caught it in a cycle.  How can I correct the problem?

I have a computer using Windows 98 and have  both WinAmp and Windows
Media Player loaded.  Recently the modem was removed and replaced, and
I have reloaded the driver for the modem from the CD.   The modem
works fine.

Could somebody tell me why W98SE have lately started to hung when I try to

Does anyone else have this particular OE problem?     Often when I select a
conversation to be watched, it doesn't always pick up ALL the threads
nestled  in it.    You can tell this because most of the threads show up in
red (when you expand the thread), but some do not.
