I just ran House Call and a window popped up saying "reboot to finish
cleaning Trojan". While rebooting a window opened:TSC : and a loooong list
of items ran up the screen, and there still running. All of the items start

Norton Crash Guard will report that "OleMainThreadWndName" is not
responding. Any cures? It seems this comes up when I'm doing many tasks, and
it's usually after using MS software (IE, Excel, OE).

I tried to use my sandisk flash drive in the usb port, but it doesn't show
that it is available.  I tried to download the driver from sandisk but it
won't open up.  Any suggestions?

I installed a network card and have been unable to get the computer to find
it. I had thought that when I booted the machine it would have detected the
card, but that's not the case. I've searched the net and have been unable to
