When I open an Explorer window the text to the icons of the standard toolbar
disappeared. I did try to check and uncheck "text labels", but what I get is
all text labels under the first two icons which are the "back" and "forward"
icons and none are under the others.

I have some users which keep generating problem using screen saver and
changing wallpapers.
Is there any setting in registry or othere to remove the tab of screen saver
