This morning when I turned on my Compaq Presario 1900 laptop, I
received an error message "No OS". I attempted to boot from a Win 98
Startup Disk, but it opened in  "Help Readme" . I was able to scroll up
and down, but not right and left, so I could not get out of the "Help

I had a hard drive go bad, and before it completely went out I quickly
copied as much as I could of the drive to my D drive. The old C drive
is now inaccessable unless I were to pay big bucks to some h/d
retrieval service.

When making a copy of a game cd which option 'Burn data disc or copy etire
disc 'should i choose?

I am trying to do format and recover, but my system recovery disk does
nothing after I choose format and recover and hit ok.  I have even
tried to do just recovery and hit ok & nothing happens then either.

If you have saved various emails in folders using outlook, what is easiest
way to write that data to cd and get it to another computer. Then launch
outlook on other machine and be able to read these folders.

We have a computer in the house running Windows 98 which has slowed down
dramatically in the last few weeks.  It runs OK in SAFE mode, so I'm
