We've been having a boot-up problem involving our sound card. Usually, on cold boot, windows doesn't recognize that the card has been installed and tries to reinstall it. We cancel the reinstall and let the computer finish booting and then reboot. Windows

Has anyone seen a notifcation for a text fix in IE? I got one #908519. Just before the notice, my text on Web pages was very small. Had to keep enlarging to medium. I hope I haven't downloaded a virus. Please respond. Anyone. Microsoft. Windows 98se.

Some how the Task Bar/Sys Tray at the bottom of Desktop has started acting weird. I've got 98SE. The 3 Startup Icons that were to the left of the clock are now under the clock. The one other Task Icon that was to the right of the Quick Launches
