I am trying to help a friend make some sense about what is going on with his
Computer, a few year old Dell System that uses Windows98.
The CD Drive is recognized, as far as I can tell, when the computer is
booted with a BootDisk with CD_ROM support.

I restored my computer and now I can't finish the installation because I lost
my product key. How can I get a new one or find the original one on the
restore cd??
