I've got to install Windows 98SE on an existing Windows XP computer for compatibility
with some old program. Problem is, I know that this will overwrite the XP boot for the

I recently purchased a second hand Compaq Armada 7800 notebook running
Windows 98 Second Edition 4.10.2222 A.  I am a fulltime student and use

Whenever I shutdown Windows98 SE  it freezes with the screen showing the
Windows98 shutdown screen and the message "Windows is shutting down"
Rarely does it fully shut the PC down.
Can anyone please help me resolve this issue

I noticed the following problem in all of the VB, VBA or VBScript.
E.g. When I do 1/3 it always equal 0.333331383035028 instead of
0.33333333333333

I have been trying to track down why a friends old pc won't shut down in
Windows 98 SE for two days.
