Hey guys.  Here's the thing -->  I have over 2GB RAM and I really want

Is there a way to find out what is causing the hard drive activity light
to come on  after I open any folder, etc?
The light stays on after I open a folder. The light will go off if I
click the mouse. Shortly after I do anything else, the light turns solid.
