I use a large mouse cursor.  Since the cursor points up and the rest of the
cursor points down, when I move to drop-down menu's the mouse cursor covers

A customer brought his machine in today after he had installed a new DVDRW
drive in it.  Whenever you put a cd in either the old CDRW drive or the new
DVDRW drive you get a BSOD that says:
An exception OE has occurred at 0028:C004D149 in VxD VFAT(01) + 0000B8ED.

When I click "Search" on the tool bar, I get a left framed opened as expected.
But, the only button that works is the "x" to exit the program.
