has anyone noticed that adaware tells fibs? in the last 4 months or so, i've noticed when doing updates that Adaware says I havent updated for 'x' days, yet the next day it will say something quite the opposite.

If I am doing something, Windows will crash so then I have to reboot but then after Windows starts to reboot, it will say on the boot screen that "Windows has completed updating files, continuing to reload Windows". How can I find out what files have been updated?
