Hi, I use Windows 98se with the taskbar set to 'top'. When I open a
command prompt or older (Win 3.x) app, the window is spawned at the
upper left-hand corner, with its controls underneath the taskbar. I
either have to move the taskbar, move the window, then move the taskbar
