In a recent thread, I had had issues with a driver to a USB flash drive. Thanks to the great help in this group, I found the driver for this. The neat thing is that that driver installed a small "eject" app that starts up and appears in the systray, just like Windows

I have a PC Pentium 3, with 512 MB RAM, running Win98SE. On some occasions, while booting up, as soon as it starts loading the Desktop it suddenly is restarting from DOS again. No error message is displayed and then upon that restart it boots successfully.

If I'm well informed QuickTime 7.04 and earlier versions have a security problem. The advise is to install QuickTime version 7.1. But that version only works with Windows 2000/XP. See http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/standalone.html So use QT 7.04 with a security problem or ...
