Is it possible to disconnect a HDD with the active partition (Win98 SE),
connect another HDD and format this one from the bootup floppy?  Will I also
need to use fdisk? What "letter" will the HDD be assigned? I also haved a
DVD ROM and a CD -R station in the system

I've just noticed that my icon for disk cleanup (Programs, accesories,system
tools, disk cleanup) is now a backwards windows flag and when I click on it
