All my jpeg files have a wrong icon - Internet Explorer icon. I tried to change icon to normal as follows: from Windows Explorer > File Types > Change icon. But this not help, doesn't keep changes, all JPEG files remains with wrong icon (internet explorer).

What is command.com? What does it do? Yes this is going somewhere. I've had IDE problems that seem to be resolved but now instead of being able to see all of the drives contents, all that shows up is command.com. How do I get the data to show up when viewing through explorer? ...
