I purchased a computer used with Win98 preinstalled. Whenever I install a program it shows the previous owner of the computer as it's user/owner. I know there is somewhere in the Win98 configuration I can change it to my name. Where would I find it?

Running w98/se using a Star LC-10, I have the following problem. Since recently (2 days) when I print something (anything from any application), all the printer does is printing it's settings. The test-print from Printer properties goes wrong as well.
