Is there a way to increase the size of the icons in the Quick Launch toolbar?
I just want them a little larger, but not the "Large Icons" size.
I also would like to increase the size of the buttons in the Task Bar about
the same amount.

Several months ago, I reinstalled Win98FE with the OEM Recovery CD,
installed all the Win98 updates, got all the apps installed, and took
off some frivelous stuff the vendor had on the Recovery CD.
After IE had its 'problem', I ran SFC and there were a whole lot of

Dear friends,
I use windows 98 and have updated it.
THey are few weeks that when clicking or double clicking on some links
nothing happens and  the browser has some seconds (perhaps a minute)

Well some how I have managed to eliminate the data that is should be
displayed in the Add/Remove.  NOt sure how I did that "maybe it was a
result of one of the Reg,file,path...etc utilities I used.  Looked in
Recycle bin but nothing seem to jump out and say this is it ?.  Also it ...

My long term aim is to move to XP and with this in mind I've been trying to
"tidy up" the existing installation to remove any unnecessary or unwanted
data.

Having learned my lesson with Norton on my Win 98 machines, I have run all
the uninstalls, and even SYMNRT, but there is still Symantec detritus all
over the place, including *.dll files and *.ini files, etc.  Even entire
folders, with helpful names like "s3vvp9kt", containing ...

In my BIOS, under the second MASTER, my system sees the NEC CD-RW NR7900A
device. However my windows does not recognize the drive.
I have disconnected the CD-RW from my system and rebooted, shut down, replug
and the problem persists.

When I turn on the disk defragmenter it shows that it is operating but the
percentage amount never progressess.  What could be the problem?  Any help
