Vertical GREEN lines when loading WMP09 Oct 2006 21:18 GMT4
Whenever I load Windows Media Player (WMP), my desktop shows these VERTICAL
green LINES across the top of my screen.
Its quite annoying, initially, but will disappear if I rotate the Task Bar
back and forth 90 degrees.  Unfortunately, whenever these lines appear, the

In my Win98se, when I on the pc, I always get this message 'Window protection
error' in which I will have to press 'alt/ctl/del' to restart the pc. It will

Microsoft has finished testing the newsgroups and says there is no
longer any problem with the Microsoft newsgroups.  I just wanted to pass

I use and like 98SE and was wondering what Windows ME gives a user that
98SE does not have.  The system restore feature in ME is nice but can be
overcome through a third party solution like GoBack.  Windows 98(SE) has
its own resource kit and I think that Windows ME does not have ...

The mouse pointer stops responding for about 30 seconds whenever a
