I have a user whose Taskbar is only showing one application no matter how many applications I have open. It only shows the active one. And, if she has only one application open but has multiple files open, the Taskbar is only showing the name of the active file.

I take it that it's probably generally known that the Windows update web site is not functional when trying to use it with IE 5. I discovered this today after installing 98se and tried to bring it up to date via WU.

I need to do a new install of Windows 98SE. This is just as an internet test machine to test websites seen in Windows 98SE. If I do the install off the Windows 98SE CD, will Windows Update supply me with all the latest updates available since before Win98SE went unsupported?
