I've been googling on this for a while but no luck. Arrrgh!!! My Win98SE system was very stable with 512MB RAM. Then, I decided to install WinXP Pro for a dual boot system. Both OSes are very stable with 512MB RAM.

PC hungs up due memory exhaustion, blue screen (running few applications, etc) Restarting via Ctrl+Alt+Del. How to check (100%) that hard disk have no any errors due this issue? ScanDisk standard test with Disk error-checking tool show no errors.
