When trying to access certain websites (e.g. www.timesonline.co.uk) IE
reports the following error:

Something happened with my Quick Launch toolbar at the bottom of the
screen; when I rearrange the icons it no longer saves the new
arrangement and every time I reboot the icons are back in the wrong
order.  It never used to do this until last week.

Well, apparently we can chalk another one to Microsoft and its servers,,
both HotMail web mail, AND Live access to HotMail are broken. Since HotMail
Web authorizes through Live, they apparently constantly loop. Let's see if
this offline post makes it through..

In toolbars   it  says can't find  the file Quick Launch.
Can anyone help  in what I do to reinstall this item.
