I got a very suspicious e-mail.  It purported to have an attached MS update
(ya I know).  It scans clean with Norton AV, but I figure something isn't
kosher.  Is there anyplace I can send/post the file/message to find out if
it is malware, and warn others?

I read a few weeks back in the archives why XP is so much more
annoyingly "automated" as a default than Win98SE, etc.  I'd realized
that when I first started working on friends' and family's XP since a
couple of years ago.  I've had my XP for several months now and would
