I have Outlook Express lately I can not Send/Recv email a second time only
if I close Outlook Express and reopen. If I click the Send/Recv button it
the box comes up for a second and disappears.

Hello all... I have an older computer running Windows 98 (256MB
memory, 300mhz, 6 GB hard drive). I use the computer primarily as a
backup for my main computer. I have it stripped down to only those
programs that I really need.  Would uninstalling .NET Framework 1.1

I am running win98SE but with a mobo that is considerably newer.  I
have the energy saver in the bios set to stop the hard drive from
spinning after 15? minutes or so, but afaict, it never stops.
Is there a windows or dos instruction that will stop the hard drive

How can I assign the Drive letter M to a newly connected (USB) external
hard drive?  The external hard drive is presently showing up in the
Device Manager as:
