Recently my computer crashed and although I was able to restore the registry,
the usb ports no longer work.  I get the following message:  "Ntkern.vxd
device loaders  for this device could not load the device driver (code2)."  
the solution is suppose to be to download the UHCD ...

I do have a couple of questions about the correlation with w98se. Has anyone
had experience with a DSL modem/router and w98se? Will it be a (valued)
improvement over the dial up modem and is there anything to watch out for?

There is a program called "shortcut" which lets you write a bat file
to create all your shortcuts in one fell swoop (no need to go through
clicking and dragging).  Is there a similar program or script that

Can anybody give me step-by-step instructions on connecting a Win98SE PC to
the AT&T/Yahoo DSL service? Or point me to a web site where I can find the
information? Should I just try using the Home Networking Wizard? Their tech
support adamantly refuses to help with this issue.

scanner. First I received the message to alter the colour settings!
Then up came the message 'The IPHLPAP.DLL can not start. I no longer
have a Photo Scanner or Scan button.
