On XP, the "Search for files or folders" function from the start menu
simply invokes another instance of explorer.exe.
But the Find -> files or folders function on win-98 does not seem to be
linked to or a part of explorer.exe.

OK; KernelEx does not seem to be of benefit on a Win98SE machine

The properties window doesn't have any sizing capabilty.  The default
low resolution causes the window to be larger than the screen.  There
must be something to overcome this.  What can it be?

I tried install USB to RS-232 converter driver(USB to UART Bridge driver
that required for RFID device). Device come with drivers, can be downloaded
from manufacturer's site. I'm not sure it will work on Windows 98SE. I just
think it should work.

I managed to find a flash drive last week that actually works on 98, but I have forgotton how to

Just want uninstall QuickTime completely, I find it still listed in
Add/Remove program(altough I remember I already uninstalled it in the past).
When click uninstall, it show alert: "Uninstall Everything" and "Uninstall",
and "Uninstall Everything" is not recommended as it will ...

which item in the Appearances tab of Display Properties changes the size of
the file names in a Windows folder (Explorer folder).
I normally display the files in List view, but whether it's in List view or
