Dear Techlords,
I am still trying -so far unsuccessfully, to deal with a KERNEL32.DLL issue.
A question I want to ask is why when I get the error message:
"This program has performed an illegal operation and will be closed down"

Is there a way I can protect my documents before I do a
total reboot from my manufacurers supplied disc ?
There is to much on there to load to a disc...

Whenever I have Netmeeting running and then try to open
another full size screen on Internet Explorer, my PC
crashes completely and re-starts itself.
If Netmeeting is not running I never get this problem.

Morning.
When I go into Manage Identities and select the Main Identity to open with,
OE doesn't care.  It opens with the last identity used.  If you go to
File>Exit and Log Off, then you have to select which identity you want the

I am having the same problem as Walter Lyons, i.e., I
can't import my OE6 address book after reinstalling my
system. I saved the data on CD, but when I tried to access
it, I got an error message saying file was blocked. I

had archived messages.  How do I get them back?  I've

When I open my Outlook Express 6.0, my Outlook page looks
different. It says "Outlook Info" instead of "Outlook

I'm using Win 98se and Internet Explorer 6.0.
While using the browser, pop-up begin popping up to the
point where my machine freezes up.  Sometimes the pop-ups
appear even when I'm not using the browser.  I've run virus

last nite i downloaded microsoft upgrades. since then i
can't get in to my outlook express. it tells me i have an
invalid page fault. should i go back and redownload the up
grade for outlook express again? please help me. thanks

I recently installed McAfee antivirus online, and upgraded
to internet explorer 6
Upgraded outlook express included.
Now cannot open PDF attachments, they appear grey in
