I am on a computer running win98. When I click on internet

I just upgraded from Windows 98 to Windows 98 second
edition, and now I can't use Internet explorer or Outlook
express.  Every time I open these applications I get a pop-

Does anyone know if Windows 98 SE has "windows messenger"
or do I have to download. Am trying to install program
that requires the messaging feature.  If I have to

After someone worked on my computer, now everytime windows 98 boots up, it
stops at Start Up Menu screen ( where you can choose Normal, Safe Mode, Step
by Step etc).  Now that things are working well, how do I boot up normally
without seeing this screen.

I downloaded the newest update on outlook express and now
outlook won't open I have goback and if I use that it will
take me to a time in the past and I will lose the mail
