How do I log on to a ils or any microsoft Internet directory? Always gives a message that the latest msn messenger to be installed. Doesnt help even after installing latest msn messenger.

I am using Windows Messenger to talk to my son. We both use a microphone and speakers for audio. However, I hear myself echoing on his speakers and he does the same. Is there a microphone we can use that avoids this feedback

When I click on the windows update icon it connects to microsoft and when I scan for updates the scan never occurs and 0% is all that I get. I had a system crash several weeks ago because of a Norton Systemworks upgrade

I have used Outlook for many years without any problems but lately, for past several months, everytime I open my email, it minimizes the window without me ever doing anything.
