How do I log on to a ils or any microsoft Internet
directory? Always gives a message that the latest msn
messenger to be installed.
Doesnt help even after installing latest msn messenger.

I am using Windows Messenger to talk to my son. We both
use a microphone and speakers for audio. However, I hear
myself echoing on his speakers and he does the same. Is
there a microphone we can use that avoids this feedback

while i was on vacation my dad opened some e-mails and

When I click on the windows update icon it connects to
microsoft and when I scan for updates the scan never
occurs and 0% is all that I get. I had a system crash
several weeks ago because of a Norton Systemworks upgrade

I have used Outlook for many years without any problems
but lately, for past several months, everytime I open my
email, it minimizes the window without me ever doing

I recently installed all updates available for win 98.  
Prior to this photos sent via email automatically
displayed together in the viewer.  Now they don't.  Per

When I open Outlook Express, it takes over a minute to
start up(load). Once it opens up it works fine. It just
takes forever for it to boot up every time. I've done

Hi, My deleted items folder is full! Outlook will not let
me access it. It states low memory or low disk space, both
are true! However it will not let me delete the items. I
have copied the folder into my documents and still cannot
