Every time I try to log onto the internet, my content
advisor keeps popping up.  I have disabled it; however, it
continues to pop up and doesn't allow me to log onto the
internet.  I have called my ISP and everything is fine

I upgraded my IE to version6 SP1 which gave me OE ver 6.
(was ver 5 for both)  All went well.
I then went and downloaded the critical updates.  Again,
all is well, except now my OE opens alot slower.

Internet input from keyboard/mouse delayed. Scrolling
produces 'jerky' motion of screen because of delay. Typed
letters delayed. Running Win '98 with 320 megs ram on 500
Celeron. Replaced IE6, Java, monitor *.inf. Ran updated

Can't access updates and get this error message
[0x8007001F]. Can anyone walk me through the fix for this

Why is OE blocking access to my reading of sent e-mails to

My OE has a black screen when it comes up.  It shows I
have new mail, send/receives email and I can create new
email, but I cannot see anything in my folders.  I can
view all my emails by going into Edit, Find and then

I have a VB application which need to get contacts from Outlook Express
(address book) and store them in the Access database.
