I've tried numerous times to update different windows
parts, expecially directx9. Each time, I click
on "agreement-I agree", the screen looks like its going to
the update section, then stops & I get message update

According to symantec AV research site, it makes use of

I have tried to resolve the problem by re-registering
files:  regsvr32 msscript.ocx and regsvr32 dispex.dll.  
These failed.  I did register files regsvr32 vbscript.dll
and regsvr32 scrrun.dll.

I use Outlook Express 6.0 and would like to backup by address book and all
emails in my folders.  i.e. Inbox, Drafts, Sent, etc.  What file(s) are they
and where are they?
Same question for my Favorites/bookmarks for Internet Explorer6.
