Dear windows 98 4.10.1998 version holders.  Want to know
how to permanantly remove objectionable e-mail and
internet explorer programs.  Not afraid of stirring up a
storm to get this started with sibs.

i recently dowloaded a microsoft update. now all my e-
mails from people i know that have attatchments, it says:
OE has removed access to the following unsafe attachments
in your mail. Mostly these are jokes. Could someone please

Currently running xp and netmeeting 3.0..  Have recently
upgraded to broadband cable and since have been unable to
receive video (I can send ok apparently) from other party

Today I again tried to update my Windows 98 SE program.

Network polict settings prvent you from unsing Windows

Every day I get a notice to install security update
#819696.  I have "successfully" installed it 3 times.  How
can I avoid these notifications, other than disabling the
critical updates notification function?

When I try to view a web page in IE5 I get the following

a DNS error - page not available.  The site is up with no

I downloaded a demo called 'PC Doctor on Call' It does not fix problems but
it does identify them.
I would be most grateful for advice on how to fix these problems which may

I send newspaper articles out to friends, but they all seem too big.
When I insert them in OE they appear large, rather than the small
article they are. When I attach them to the email they take up 200k.
These are just average one column newspaper articles. Can anyone tell me
