Every day I get a notice to install security update #819696. I have "successfully" installed it 3 times. How can I avoid these notifications, other than disabling the critical updates notification function?

I send newspaper articles out to friends, but they all seem too big. When I insert them in OE they appear large, rather than the small article they are. When I attach them to the email they take up 200k. These are just average one column newspaper articles. Can anyone tell me
