If Netmeeting isn't installed on XP Pro where do you go
to get the XP version of Netmeeting?  If it's built into
the OS how do I retrieve it?

When attempting to visit a site which has a language
that's not included in the multilingual settings in
control panel, a window pop up suggesting to
download "Text Display Support"; however, it always fails

How do you program outlook express so that you have to
click twice to open your e-mail? This means that one click
and it won't open so you have the option to delete it.

When I add senders to my blocked senders list, the next
time I open Outlook Express, there is nothing in my
