My Dad is stressed.  He heard that Microsoft will no
longer support Windows 98SE after tonight 12/31/03.  He
cannot move to XP because of antiuqated software that he
must use.

I hope someone can help me.  I tried to send an Excel
report as an attachment from my home computer to my work
computer.  The email did not go through.  I got an error
message saying the recipient wasn't responding. I now have

Can anyone help with this procedure.  I want to make

I'm running Windows 98SE on an older 500 Mhz Celeron (64
MB) with Outlook Express 5.5, originally upgraded from OEM
ver. 5.  Whenever the O.E. icon is double-clicked (or
a "mailto:" weblink), the following error messages result:

I use Outlook Express to open my hotmail account on our
home PC.  I thought I might want to use a password, so I
set one up, but I hate it.  I've tried everything and
cannot get it back to normal. Every time I open OE or send

When I open Outlook Express,the e-mail comes in really
fast and it is not scanned for viruses,same for outgoing e-
mail.I had to reconfigure Windows 98 SE and install NIS
2003 Professional.The scanning e-mail boxes are checked in

In Outlook Express6 when I go into Tools/Options/Spellings
French Shows up and it is UK English that I want.   Each
time I change French to UK English and click apply and ok.

I have OE5.  I have a file of several hundred email
messages from someone that I wanted to be certain and
save.  I tried the methods I read in OE Help and they
didn't work for me.  I moved this file to My Documents in

Can't send vid/audio using netmeeting. Brand new Sony Vaio
PC. All Norton security, including firewall have been
disabled. The in-built XP firewall isn't active. Cable

Recently went DSL with a Westell 2200 modem and win9x.
Using a USB port for modem. Allows me to log on sometimes,
but gives me a hardware failure message (code 630)at other
times...
