could someone direct me in the proceedure of upgrading my
1998 Compaq presario 1240 with Windows 98 operating system
to Windows 98SE?

i was just given a compaq pentium 3 pc running win98se.  
when i try to connect to the internet with my cable
modem, i get no connection using either the usb or
ethernet cables. i inserted the disk from the modem, and

hi, when i go to (have windows98) the favorites list it is never in
alphabetical order and with the folders all over the place.  is there a way
to put them alphabetical order please?

I can't get a message to delete from my In Box.  When I
delete it, a copy goes to my Delete Folder, but doesn't
dissappear from my In Box Folder and I get an Error
Message.  Any ideas?

are from different people and the subject line reads

Another goofy problem.... I set up OE6 to be single space with no addition
space when return, Arial 10pt..... But now when I create a new email, I get
double space when I hit return and Times Roman.
Any idea why the default settings would change without my input?
