i have now imported all extra folders but it wont allow me
to import the one i want because it says it is using the
folder. is there a way for me to create a new folder for
it to use, so i can import the old stuff into the new

im receiving this error:

Hope someone has been able to figure out a work-around for what seems to be
an unalterable feature of Outlook Express 6.0....
It's easier to explain using an example. I'll use fictitious addresses...
First, I have my "real" verizon address, which, let's say, is

hi, we have a four year old laptop which is generally playing up. we thought
that since there is not much on it that we cannot save by sending to another
computer, we would delete everything and then load windows98 or buy an xp
professional to load on it and start again from scratch ...

Is it possible to run both Outlook and Outlook Express on one PC without

I need to know how to change a setting.  When I open
outlook Express from the program listing it says OUTLOOK
EXPRESS for bob&sandra howard.  I would like it to say

Up until yesterday, I was using Outlook Express for my
email and MSN.  I just switched to Optimum Online and want
to import all my folders from milopage@msn.com to
milopage@optonline.net.  How do I go about doing this?

98 will be a problem.  He says that IE6 demands a lot more
memory and hard drive space and if your computer is older
with a slower speed like mine(433), IE6 runs a lot slower

Can anyone confirm the above.  I have OE6 and IE since
trashing the computer due to a virus I have lost the
