I get an error message when I try to open Outlook Express.
Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL
could not be loaded.
How can this be corrected or restored to normal.

My IE 6 sometimes wouldn't even open let alone open a web
page. I finally discovered that I had a kajillion items
loading up on startup. Some of them were adware. I went to
startup and selected only those that I needed. My IE 6

I had a big problem with my pc so i used a back up floppy
to restore original settings
after i did this i had to reinstall my modem which i did
using cd supplied at this time it also reset outlook

when people send me jpg pictures of 900kb or larger  I do not get them.they
do not show up on my e mail program which is O.E.6.0. any suggestions  help
pictures smaller than 600kb show up and I can open and download them.

After downloading Microsoft updates I cannot get e-mail
attachments thru Outlook express.
