Am running Win98SE and XP-HE in a dual boot configuration using an
aftermarket boot manager.  On both systems, was using cable to connect to
internet.  Now am using telco external modem on com1.  Same telco ISP on
both OSes, same connection settings.

My screen resolution was set by our administrator to be 1600x1200. I don't
have previlege to change.
When I browse Internet using IE 6.0, even the largest fonts are too small to
me.

Often, I start up Outlook Express, or scan for new mail,
and it tells me that there is a new message. It even shows
the little envelope with the blue arrows in the tray. But
no message appears, just the indication that there is new

OE 6.  1. Mail sent from OE 6 not received by others.-Mail

I just had to restore Windows from my recovery disk
