I just downloaded and installed 18 security updates after reinstalling W98SE
by using "Windows Update".  The process seemed to go from downloading to
installing without any prompting.  I looked in Win Explorer and could not
find the downloaded updates.  I would like to archive ...

Never run updates but I ran one on another computer and
now I can't type anything.  When I try to hit letter "s"
it comes out as "\s".  Some letters come out completely
differently or even as numbers.  Tried to go through ms-

Hello, I updated IE6 on my Win98SE computer and now I can
no longer access the microsoft updates page. When I use
the link to "scan for updates", I get the following error:

get a blank screen

I AM ALSO HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM WITH NOT BEING ABLE TO
