I use OE 6.0 mail rules extensively and lately I find some of them not paying attention and going into mailboxes other than the ones I designated. I am constantly moving rules to the top of the list which just forces more and more to the bottom and use stop processing more rules etc ...

I have Windows 98, Outlook Express 6. I wrote before about my problem, I was told once to delete folders.dbx & put foldrs.old, I'm just worried that if I do that all my folder & files saved in Outlook Express 6

when I send mail in O/E the page freezes. I have to use ctrl+Alt+dlt on O/E then end task.The confirmation box opens and i end task again and the programme shuts down.I then start up O/e again and the mail is sent normally.The

i just installed the patch for the jpeg exploit. Low and behold I go to windows explorer to create a new folder and the new command is missing from the file menu. Only thing there is a greyed out "create shortcut"

I am using XP. When selecting from the directory, receive an error message, "Netmeeting was unable to place a secure call. The certificate you have chosen may not be usable with Netmeeting." How do I resovlve this issue?
